Refund policy

30 days to return. We send the label. No questions.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@thescytheproject.com.

Once your return is accepted we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first can't be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us and we'll send the correct size out along with a return label for the original item. No waiting, no paying twice.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We'll make it right.

Non-returnable

Gift cards and custom or personalised items. Everything else can come back.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. If approved, you're refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few days more to post it.
